MROC Training

MROC Training is your local authority for Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and all things obstacles! Our innovative mud run & obstacle course training programs are designed to transform you from a stressed-out, overworked, and out-of-shape hot mess to a trailblazing, rope-climbing, and fire-jumping athlete. We offer Personal, Semi-Private, and Group Fitness classes that deliver high-intensity, full-body workouts combining obstacles, weight training, and running in a fun but challenging team environment. Unlike most gyms that have a sea of functionless and boring machines, our gym is an adult playground that has been featured on San Diego’s NBC 7 and Fox 5 News. Group Training

Spartan Group X (SGX) Training is designed to give our members the strength, endurance, and confidence to tackle mud runs, obstacle courses, and the fatigue of everyday life. These high-intensity classes incorporate obstacles, running, weight training, and calisthenics structured in a fun workout of the day (WOD).

Semi-Private and Personal Training sessions focus entirely on you. Our trainers will consult with you to create a custom tailored program specific to your fitness goals, and your fitness will be assessed throughout the program and adjusted whenever necessary to maximize your results.

Obstacle Course Bootcamp

OCR Bootcamp is a full-body obstacle course simulation workout that incorporates running, carrying, climbing, jumping, and crawling using monkey bars, ropes, nets, tires, and spears to help people prepare for mud run and obstacle course events like a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder.
