MROC Training

MROC Training is your local authority for Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and all things obstacles! Our innovative mud run & obstacle course training programs are designed to transform you from a stressed-out, overworked, and out-of-shape hot mess to a trailblazing, rope-climbing, and fire-jumping athlete. We offer Personal, Semi-Private, and Group Fitness classes that deliver high-intensity, full-body workouts combining obstacles, weight training, and running in a fun but challenging team environment. Unlike most gyms that have a sea of functionless and boring machines, our gym is an adult playground that has been featured on San Diego’s NBC 7 and Fox 5 News. Spartan Group X (SGX) Training is designed to give our members the strength, endurance, and confidence to tackle mud runs, obstacle courses, and the fatigue of everyday life.
