Spartan Group X (SGX) Training is designed to give our members the strength, endurance, and confidence to tackle mud runs, obstacle courses, and the fatigue of everyday life. These high-intensity classes incorporate obstacles, running, weight training, and calisthenics structured in a fun workout of the day (WOD).
Semi-Private and Personal Training sessions focus entirely on you. Our trainers will consult with you to create a custom tailored program specific to your fitness goals, and your fitness will be assessed throughout the program and adjusted whenever necessary to maximize your results.
OCR Bootcamp is a full-body obstacle course simulation workout that incorporates running, carrying, climbing, jumping, and crawling using monkey bars, ropes, nets, tires, and spears to help people prepare for mud run and obstacle course events like a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder.
