Do I Really Need Supplements If I Eat Clean?


Most people say they eat well, but research shows we are not getting enough omega-3’s, antioxidants, and a host of the other vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.  In fact, according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the American Society of Nutrition, 92% of us are deficient in one or more nutrients necessary to prevent deficiency diseases (let alone boost racing performance).
