Our comprehensive strength and conditioning group fitness program consists of full body Spartan SGX and CrossFit endurance-style workouts. These classes blend obstacles with power lifting, track drills, bodyweight calisthenics, and high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT).
Our approach to group training is designed around the 7 Spartan Pillars of Fitness, a formula that gives our members the strength, endurance, and confidence to tackle mud runs, obstacle courses, and the fatigue of everyday life. These classes incorporate obstacles, running, weight training, and calisthenics structured in a fun way that challenges our members to work together towards a definitive goal. These weekday classes are one hour long and scheduled by reservation only for active members. We allow a strict 18-person maximum to ensure that each class stays at a size in which our trainers can provide individual attention to every student.
