Our coach guided Group Fitness classes incorporate the 3 pillars of our functional training system: obstacles, strength, and conditioning. Every day there's a new workout (WOD), and each class is a combination of jumping, climbing, or crawling (obstacles), lifting weights (strength), and running, biking, or rowing (conditioning). There's always something different on course to challenge you so you never get bored doing the same routine!
