Our Group Classes combine a variety of functional movements into full body workouts that will challenge you to compete against yourself and others in a supportive group environment.
It’s kind of like CrossFit, but less repetitive… and kind of like boot camp (Burn, F45, etc..)… but with a lot more strength work and barbells. It’s really the best of both worlds.
We call it Hybrid Group Fitness, and it’s pretty awesome.
