At MROC, we offer a full schedule of classes that support your routine β whether you train at sunrise or after work.
ποΈ Weekday Classes: 5:00, 6:00, 8:30 AM + 3:45, 5:00, 6:15 PM
ποΈ Friday: Morning only β 5:00, 6:00, 8:30 AM (gym closes at 3:30 PM)
ποΈ Saturday: 7:00, 8:15, 9:30 AM
π Sunday: Closed
Classes cap at 16. Book early in the Member App, especially during peak times.
π₯ Adulting Reminder: You are responsible for managing your own reservations.
- No-show = $20 fee
- Late cancel = $10 fee (less than 8 hrs for AM or 2 hrs for PM)
We get that life happens β but if you canβt make it, cancel on time so someone else can jump in. Thatβs how we keep things fair and flowing.
